Ordering on JewelryMarketingCompany.com is
easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, enter the desired quantity and then click on the
'Add to Cart' button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through
the checkout process to complete your order. Once your order has been placed, an Order
Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied. JMC will then notify
you by email that your order has been approved. Your order will not be placed until
the very end of the checkout process, the website will generate a P.O. (Purchase Order)
and will then be followed up by a JMC Sales Associate. You may also FAX your order to
212-398-6406 or to order over the phone, call 1-866-JMC-2-BUY. Hours are from 9:00AM-7:00PM
EST Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

For insurance purposes, all JMC orders are shipped
priority overnight. Once an order is confirmed on the JMC website, it will be processed
and shipped within 3-4 business days. Shipping charges are based upon value and range
anywhere from $14 to $50. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. will incur additional
charges and can take 2-3 extra business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped
express, $19. If you need further clarification, please call Customer Service at
1-866-JMC-2-BUY. Items on special order will take 6-8 weeks. To inquire about
shipments to U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at
1-866-JMC-2BUY, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request
if payment has been received. You must contact JMC Customer service and obtain a Return
Authorization Number. (RA#) Your RA# must be clearly written on the return package, otherwise
it will not be accepted in New York.
